FAQ

By design. Stripe Connect routes funds directly to your account — Patchline only receives our platform fee (0% on paid tiers). This means Patchline is not a pass-through wallet in the payment flow.
Stripe handles international cards by default. Currency conversion happens at Stripe; you receive in your account’s home currency.
Yes — Settings → Discount codes → 100% off code with usage limit. Useful for press / promo.
Stripe defaults vary by country — typically $1 in the US. Most artists never hit a minimum because payouts happen automatically.
