You drop a track, ask a question, or paste a streaming link — and Aria acts on it. Aria reads your catalog, queries your audience, drafts a pitch, plans a release, generates artwork, manages your public surfaces, posts to your connectors. Everything in Patchline is interconnected — one prompt can touch your whole music ops stack. Same product, many front doors: the web dashboard, Claude (Desktop or Claude Code), Cursor, VS Code, Codex, and Aria on Slack.

Who Patchline is for

Independent artists

Solo artists and producers running the business between sessions.

DIY labels & managers

Teams managing multiple artists — roster intelligence, A&R scout, multi-project ops.

Labels & publishers

Built for teams that need scale, multi-artist intelligence, custom integrations, and high-volume processing.

AI agents

Patchline ships first-class agent surfaces — product MCP server, Claude plugin, AGENTS.md, llms.txt, JSON-LD on every page. If you’re an AI copilot, start here.

What you can do

Plan a release

Generate an intelligent rollout plan with clear milestones — shaped around the artist’s stage, catalog history, and audience signal.

AI-discoverable tracks

Uploaded tracks get AI-readable captions so Aria and connected AI tools can reason from the actual audio.

Research any artist

Look up streaming, follower growth, top tracks, similar artists, audience demographics, engagement, interests, and overall health signal for any artist on the planet.

Match playlists

Rank Spotify playlists by sonic fit plus curator responsiveness. Inspect a playlist’s history before you pitch.

Read the audience

Fan graph across your roster, QR attribution from real-world moments, growth signal across DSPs and socials — all in one view.

Run a storefront

Sell direct to fans with 0% platform fees on paid tiers. Smart links, fan stats, Stripe-powered payouts.

Launch publicly

Drop links, pitch links, media kits, asset shares. Everything you ship outside the app lives here.

Generate visuals

Cover art, promo flyers, and Canvas videos — generated by Aria from your release context and saved to your Visual Library.
Everything is wired together. Your release plan reads from your catalog. Your storefront knows about your release. Your audience data feeds your pitches. Your visuals link to your drops. One assistant, one source of truth — Aria moves through all of it.

What to ask Aria

Aria isn’t just a search box. It’s a strategist grounded in real music-business knowledge plus your real data:
  • “What do I do now, and why?”
  • “What’s the best next move for my upcoming release?”
  • “Which playlist should I pitch first — and why that one?”
  • “Where is my audience growing right now?”
Aria reads the music-business knowledge graph plus your account state, and gives you a grounded recommendation with reasoning — not a generic answer. See Use cases for the pattern library.

What Patchline is not

Setting expectations matters. Patchline is not:
  • An AI music generator. Patchline does not generate music. You make the music; Patchline runs the business around it.
  • A distributor. Patchline does not ship your music to Spotify, Apple, Tidal. You distribute through Distrokid, Tunecore, CD Baby, or your label. Patchline picks up the result and runs intelligence on it.
  • A DAW. No multitrack editor.
  • A generic chatbot. Aria is grounded in your music data and the music-business knowledge graph. Ask it about your catalog or your next move — you’ll get a grounded answer. Ask it about quantum physics, it’ll politely redirect.

How Patchline grounds AI answers

Generic AI hallucinates ISRCs, invents stream counts, fabricates curator names. Patchline’s architecture is built to stop that:
  • Your catalog is the source of truth. Aria reads it directly. If data is missing, Aria says “I don’t have that” instead of guessing.
  • Streaming and audience signal come from real APIs, not guesses.
  • AI captions are generated from uploaded audio, not from the title alone.
You can verify any number Aria gives you. That’s the design.

Where Patchline lives

Same Patchline, multiple surfaces. Use the one that fits the workflow you’re already in — they all hit the same data, the same Aria, the same connectors.

Web dashboard

The full surface — Profiles, Catalog, Projects, Playlists, Visual Library, Music Store, Launchpad, Audience. patchline.ai → sign up → dashboard.

Claude (Desktop + Claude Code)

Official Patchline plugin. Ground every Claude prompt in your real catalog, audience, and release context. Includes a progressive release-planning workflow.

Cursor / Codex / VS Code

The Patchline MCP server. Your catalog and roster become tools your AI editor can call — pitch generation, playlist matching, smart links, audience queries.
